  • My goal is 1300 minutes (+100 from February since March is a longer month), 8 Strength-Training sessions (same as February, but I struggled to get there), and 21 days of 8000 steps or more (also the same as February, but I didn't meet that goal -- so trying again).

    March goal: 1300 min, 8x ST, 21x 8k steps
  • It's St. Patrick's month! My March goal is 1200 minutes of dance and 300 minutes of cross training.

    3/1: 30 min dance practice, 30 min heavy lifting (30/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/2: 75 min dance class (105/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/7: 270 min of dance classes (375/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/9: 75 min dance class (450/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/10: 120 min dance class (570/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/11-13: schedule rest to prep for St. Pat's performances
    3/14: 4 dance performances, 120 min (690/1200 dance, 30/300 cross training)
    3/15: dance in parade, 30 min and 30 min walk (720/1200 dance, 60/300 cross training)
    3/17: St. Patrick's Day! 7 dance performances, 210 min (930/1200 dance, 60/300 cross training)
    3/19: dance performance, 30 min (960/1200 dance, 60/300 cross training)
    3/22: 75 min walk (960/1200 dance, 135/300 cross training)
    3/24: 30 min performance (990/1200 dance, 135/300 cross training)
    3/25: 25 min heavy lifting (990/1200 dance, 160/300 cross training)
    3/27: 25 min C25K W1D1 (990/1200 dance, 185/300 cross training)
    3/28: 30 min heavy lifting (990/1200 dance, 215/300 cross training)
    3/29: 80 min mountain hike (990/1200 dance, 295/300 cross training)
