Jb1975: I'd love to know what tweaks work for you. Tweaking seems to be the story of my weight loss this round.

Olivia7906: Three days in a row at the same weight is real conistency at maintenance!

I went to a fancy supper event last night so I'm extremely pleased with No Change in my weight this morning.

I'm going down, slowly but surely. I'm looking forward to being able to add in some exercise in 1-2 weeks. I've been meeting my 60 oz water/day goal as well. :D

gardenerjoy - It sure is! Don't know how I pulled that one off LOL! I've been experimenting with my eating plan this month and figured my body would need an adjustment period. It seems to be cooperating with me :D
