Definitely not going to make goal this month...it's my own fault though. Tomorrow is a new day and will power will once again be mine! Mostly, I have been slacking off in the exercise department so going to set up a schedule and stick to it if it kills me. Hope you all had a wonderful month and got to see goal numbers on your scales. I will still do a weigh in on the last day just so I hold myself accountable for what I did...or didn't do.

Well I am going in the wrong direction, but stayed under goal! So I'll call it a win. I am totally looking forward to April and hopefully some nice weather!

Day Wgt CAL 01 191.8 31 189.2 Did not meet either goal. Exceeded 2100 calories twice and only lost 2 lbs. I had an onset of MS and it took a while to figure out whether my being weak was caused by not enough to eat or other. It was other. Back to normal now though and looking to make my final goal of 178 lbs in two months. Thanks all for being here' And sure glad to see you back Kel.
