CW: 179.2 (+1.2) Gw: 175 (-3) Well, this will be my final weigh for the month since I'll be away for a few days. This doesn't really feel like a gain to me because most of the month I was up much higher than that, and I'm actually down a couple pounds from mid-month! So I'd actually call it a success. Next month, back to losing. At least I hope :D |
So I guess we can call goal now!!! I had been stuck for 3 weeks at about the same so I figured I needed more inspirations from the 3FC groups! Well it seems to have worked and my body is letting go of this weight.

Going for wrong direction :( Boo! On a positive note though, I am back to my daily walks. Doggie and me walk around Boston, our usual route is about 4.5 miles. -- Doggie has adjusted being a city dog quite well. She was off leash dog though woods in Michigan, now on leash dog through busy streets, and she has not batted an eye, amazing adjustment for an old dog.
