Well I haven't officially weighed in again yet, but I'm wearing my size 14s today for the first time in over a year so that's nice!
I worked out for 35 mins on the elliptical and did a 30 minute yoga work out yesterday. My weight is up from 188.8 to 189 (not much). My body water on the scale is high today though. I just added back yoga (any strength training) and I'm sore, so... I think that's what's going on! Hopefully my body will adjust and the weight will come off!
I've been away from 3FC for months - the end of last year was great lifewise, bad weightwise - so I'm starting 2015 4lbs heavier than last year. My weight tends to go up and down and I find this forum so helpful for getting me focussed. My downfall is always the weekends but I'm determined to get on top of that...

This will be the year I FINALLY organize my sock drawer. I swear. I need to impose some sort of order in that chaos. There are loose ankle socks fraternizing with single knee socks that have lost their mates. There are toe socks up to no good. There are trouser socks fomenting revolution. I must get control.
