Happy to have met my gym goal this month. January will be the start of something new as I will probably begin Couch to 5K. I'm not sure what all it will entail compared to my current gym routine, and I also want to work on strength sometime this winter. I need to do it more than once a week. I can tell I've been losing some muscle lately.
We also did two long hikes this month, one 8 miles and one 9 miles. Hoping to do even more of that in 2015! We had a great year of hiking, but I can tell it will be more fun and less work in 2015 since I'm in such better shape now.

Got my kms in. Just need 20 minutes to get my minutes in. Won't get my third goal but that's okay. 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Off to do that 20 minutes now!
I have not done much since the day before Christmas. Keeping up with things around here but let off the hard digging. Will resume for the new year. But I did enough to condition the body purt good.
