  • Plenty of exercise except for the past two days and not too much today. Too many appts and surgery on Thursday afternoon, rain all day yesterday and last night. Too wet to do much as of yet. Some lifting small weights and light stuff so far today. Tomorrow should be back at it.

  • I got in 2 days (out of 3) of C25K. Pleurisy set in, out of nowhere, on Friday. So, I was unable to do the third day. Will try to do it tomorrow.
