When i started losing weight in january i commited to start strength training at this point, which is actually the start of the second half of my losing weight journey. September goal: 600 minutes
9/2: Cardio and strength at gym, 35 min 9/4: Cardio and strength at gym, 30 min 9/8: Planks and squats at work, cardio and strength at gym, 40 min 9/10: 6.7 mile hike, 155 min. 9/12: Cardio at gym, 30 min. 9/14: 5? mile hike, 120 min. 9/16: Cardio and strength at gym, 40 min. 450/600 min. I just got back from a two night backpacking trip. Because of the nature of the trip, I'm not going to include it in my monthly total but I did approximately 800 minutes of hiking! Hard to estimate exactly because of all the stops and breaks and whatnot. Crazy to compare how much I did in one weekend to the month overall. |

Oh it was one **** of a workout. Lol I'm certainly not implying that it wasn't...it was the hardest workout since my last backpacking trip.
I just don't want to throw off my numbers since we don't do a trip like that every month. I want to have a better handle on how many minutes I can expect to do each month within a normal, so I'll write it down but keep it separate from my goal.
