Goal: Walk 15 miles each week Monday-Sunday this month.

Sept 2 - 93 min (includes bi-weekly weight session of 45 min). Sept 3 - 30 min walk (Sooooo not up for it today.) Sept 4 - 33 min Sept 5 - 93 min (includes bi-weekly weights, 48 min) Sept 6 - 41 min Sept 7 - 0 Sept 8 - 60 min Sept 9 - 93 min (includes weight session of 48 min) Sept 10 - 47 min Sept 11 - 20 min Sept 12 - 45 min Sept 13 - 88 min (includes 48 min of weights) Sept 14 - 0 Sept 15 -45 min Sept 16 - 68 min (includes 48 min strength training Sept Goal: 800 minutes, including 8 strength training sessions. I will have to replace that with something but not sure what the recovery instructions will be. I'm a little concerned that they may make me cut out the exercising all together. Sweating on it wouldn't be good, I'm sure. Scared to death of what this is going to mean as far as my weight loss! |
