I think the water from travels has mostly whooshed away, and I'm about where I need to be.
I skipped my work out the other day which made me feel bad... and then I binged, because that solves the problem right? At least I didn't induce vomiting again, slowly breaking bad habits, one day I'll get this.
My scales showed a 2.25 lb drop this morning...woohoo! However, I weighed myself a few hours later than normal (since I slept in a bit), and that might have been part of the reason. We shall see whether the loss remains tomorrow morning, when I will be up at the normal time. Here's hoping!
