I found it so strange when i wheiged 82,4 yesterday and now i'm back to 83, which actually seems right. Even though i'm 2kgs away from meeting my goal, i'm really happy because i was feeling stuck!

jb1975 You lost 4, 2 lbs this month even after regaining 3.8 in the weekend, did i get that correctly? If i did, it's still a good number and a loss if you look at the big picture. This has happened to many of us ocasionaly. Just go back to your usual habits and the scale will go down eventualy. Don't give up and don't beat yourself down. Just get back on track.
