Scale didn't budge but I was a pretty good girl the whole weekend. 6 beers total and all accounted for. Wish TOM of month would end so maybe I would see a change. Going to do some moving and groving tonight. Gotta get some exercise.
Jb175 - It's likely not actual weight gain, but some fluid gain. Get back on track and I'm sure you'll see some of that fall off in the next day or two. Hang in there...it happens to the best of us.
Did intervals of walking and jogging last night. It was so sticky and hot outside, but I'm glad I did it. Hoping to do a yoga workout video tonight...let's make that "I'm going to do a workout video tonight!"
dalton165 - If you solve that mystery, please let me know. I have a difficult time figuring out what causes those little ups and downs..and like you I eat very similarly from day to day. I chalk it all up to female hormones...you can blame almost everything on that...haha! You are doing great, by the way
Joy - You are doing fabulous, too! Way to go making a new goal after achieving the first!
Yesterday night i had a small binge, ate some fast food, got a bit angry, god a bit sad and then exercised. I had a small healthy meal late at night and then went to sleep feeling great. Oh, and i also developed a strange obsession with 3fc emoticons, as you can see above! Lol!
dalton165 That's a good question! I find my weight varies according to the amount of salt i've consumed and if i'm constipated or not (even a small constipation will make my weight go way up). Sometimes there's just no reason i can identify and i tend to blame it on stress.

dalton165 and boatingmommy: I'm past menopause, so now I blame it all on bathroom issues!
You're doing great, dalton165. Six pounds in a month is terrific when you're more than half-way to goal. I managed 2-4 pounds in a month when I was at that place.
Marina_Brasil: good for you for making such a fast recovery! Exercise is a great stress-reliever. I wrote about that on my blog today. Have fun with the emoticons -- there's a bunch of 'em!
August goal: 82.0 kgs, new August goal: 80.0 kgs.
5: 83.25
6: 82.7
I just realized that I had been posting 100's instead of 200's. And not just once as a single type, but I pay so much attention to the pounds and tenths that I didn't catch the error in the hundreds! Weird!
