I was not going to check in today - I had a really bad day yesterday. But yeah, accountability and stuff. I know, don't eat your feelings, but sometimes it makes things better.

kelijpa - I know you are feeling a little frustrated. I don't know if this will work for you, but I quit doing the intensive exercise everyday. I think my body was fighting me back. Since I quit doing that my body has finally given up a few pounds. I have been doing some low impact and mixing in a really intense work out about every third day. I'm still tracking my WW points faithfully. Don't know...just thought I'd throw that out there.
BigChief - Looking good...I hope you make it to the 159s soon!

The treadmill repair guy came by yesterday to fix ours and left us with a treadmill that won't be able to be used for 4-5 days after he realized he had the wrong parts.
While I'm bummed that I can't use the treadmill, I'm ecstatic to find that I've become someone who freaks out if I can't get in a at least one run or long walk a day. How cool!
Yeah, I won't make goal this month, but still, victory!

boatingmommy thanks for the words of encouragement and on the 150! that's fantastic, I started going to the rail trail, it's 4 miles, a good walk, I jogged some today,
I feel good overall, it felt good to look at last March, I was 7 pounds heavier, last year I spent almost the entire year in the 160's and 170's, until Dec. I was only in the 150's 2 days, then I put together 18 days in Dec. Now I've stayed in the 150's almost the whole month of March.
Rsadler that is awesome to be bummed out that your treadmill is down, hopefully it'll be "up and running" quickly. good for you

183 I agree, sometimes it does make things better and it makes you feel better to get back on track quicker than I used to, that's for sure. Hope you had a better day today
Darius good job, that .2 is like staying the same, you kept off that big loss you had the week before, I'll have to watch this weekend, or I may end up the same weight as the first! I like it better when the month ends on Friday

Thank you kelijpa - you are so right about months not ending on Fridays.
Usually I can celebrate a little on fridays and saturdays after my friday morning weigh in but not this weekend - I have to be careful to have a decent weigh-in Monday morning.
