    183stgb Birthday!! woohoo! happy belated.... didja have fun? yes I'm doing very well lately...no idea why I started out very badly....but I'm grateful, it's motivating...I do think the high point might have been retention though...eh.

    tinajayne72 yes the scale fluctuates a lot... if you weigh all day you'll go crazy. Afterall, everything you eat weighs something and everyhing you expel weighs something.... plus sometimes we retain water for the heck of it....so don't worry Also, congrats on onederland!! I can't wait.... long way to go!

    bigchiefhoho Hey, nursing supposedly helps lose weight...because hey, the body works hard to produce milk, then the milk goes too! How old's the baby? Mine's 5 months now..... I don't nurse anymore though, wasn't working out for me.... but the benefits are awesome!

    Good morning guys,

    I had a really bad food day yesterday. I don't have issues with planned days off plan (like my birthday), I have issues with days I just don't manage to stay on plan. Back on it today. Seriously.
    Anyways - weigh in day. No change. I'm okay with that. I'm a little disappointed with myself about not exercising enough, and not doing my ab workout the past 3 days. Back at it today.
