My goal is to lose 4.9 and get to 155 Jan 1 - 159.9 Jan 2 - 162.0 - here we go, really starting with weekly WI tomorrow, so ok with this for now... Jan 3 - 163.4 weekly WI, hopefully this will be my high for the year Jan 4 - 162.9 headed in the right direction Jan 5 - 162.9 Jan 6 - 159.4 yay for the whoosh, nice to get rid if that water! dang it..... still the same.... well, I think it's retention, I must have had too much sodium yesterday. I use it now a lot for enhanced flavor....I'd better be more careful. I do feel bloaty or something, like puffy....happens near TOM too but it's not time....that likes the end of the month, so that it always happens for my birthday :woo: which is not til June but it will be that way.... there's your local TMI for the day!
Never did find my Jillian DVD.... dunno where it is, have a porchfull of bags and boxes of things plus some in garage, probably will deal with it in the spring mostly. Might find my DVD before then if I get ambitious. I'm not feeling so great this week. Got a sinus/cold thing going on. So, I haven't had much of an appettite. Today weight is probably not going to be the same next week.

No losses to report on the scale this morning. Holding steady at 163.8. After a brutal DownDay yesterday it is so discouraging to not see even an ounce fall away. :( But I had a salty broth late last night and it's probably just water.
Today is an UpDay which means I get to eat, but I am so busy today I don't know if I will have time. Have to take DD to school and then take her rat (yes, her pet rat) to the vet. Followed by myriad other stuff. My to-do list is literally two whole handwritten pages long. Ugh. |

I know I'm very late to this party but may I crash in? I fell to pieces the last 10 days of December and gained 3 lbs. but I'm back on track now and back to about where I left off. My CW is 185.2 and I'd like to lose 5.2 lbs. and weigh 180 by Feb. 1st!

1/6 - 159 Not doing so good so far this month. I need a change in the weather so everyone can go back to school and work...so we are not just sitting here all day bored. I did work out yesterday during the snowstorm. Turbo Jam...love it!!! Somehow I have to get up the motivation to go out in the below freezing weather and dig my car out. Going to work in short bursts because the risk to my health is not worth having the car out. Have a great day, everyone! |
