Yes, I can't stick with anything forever, I'm a very inconsistent person. The difference is choosing to stay long enough to see results and learning to moderate better and more often I think...plus I've heard that if you eat less in general your stomach shrinks to accommodate... at least to a point. Not my belly mind you, I worry what that's going to look like in the end...but eh...had kids...been obese. doing ok, think my water weight is off now because I'm slowing down...which is normal. 1 lb down still today so I'm happy. I'm thinking of doing my workout video if I can find it. I bought it when I was pregnant, I think it might be the 30 day shred.... but can't remember. That will depend on if I can get enough room to move in my livingroom. This trailer is quite a bit smaller than my apartment....guess I was lucky.

Count me in! My weight in was today (Saturday) and I was 199 lbs. By the end of January I hope to be at 192 lbs.

Today I am down another pound to 163.8 so I am two pounds into the January challenge already. Easy day today, just taking down Christmas decorations and cleaning up the house after my daughter's sleepover last night. A bit of gardening later today. Yes, gardening. It's been in the mid-70's here. So sorry for all of the ladies who live in the COOOOOLD parts of the nation and the few Down Under where it is 120 degrees right now... :( Today is an UpDay on my eating plan so I will be eating a lot of food today and then doing some serious walking with weights later on tonight. |

I'm in my goal weight for the end of January is 199. I know this is alot but I am thinking that it is achievable. I currently weigh 215 and have been slowly loosing this last month. I am ok watching the pounds come off slowly due to the fact I believe they will stay off. My goal is to loose 16 pounds in January 2014, and I do think if I stick to the plan and keep on track with my exercise I believe I can do this. The most important thing to me is the fact that I will have the support of the people on 3 fat chicks and know with all of your support this is something I can attain.
I love the change that is coming to me in self confidence along with knowing I no longer have to be ok with things how they are. I'm in control of my life and my future. I feel that this new way of eating is making such an important change in how I look at my husband. He loves me for me and stands by what I'm doing and supports me emotionally when I need it. I also know that I am feeling like I am a better wife, if you all know what I mean. I like myself so I don't run away in the bedroom;) |
