Welcome, everyone! Great to see so many people here. Check to see if I got your goals right. Or, got them at all. A couple of them I wasn't sure. It's fine to make your goal "track my weight" or "track my food" or some other action goal -- it doesn't need to be a number.

There's still room for more! Join us if you want to be part of an energetic group pursing our goals in the New Year!

evening...

finale: awesome, good to see ya.... hey what's your plan??

designchick88: 7 lbs isn't too bad but it does sound like you see trouble coming w vacation/travel...maybe plan for some missteps or plan out your meals in some way?

big fat rooster: you did really well last month, don't worry bout the 2 lbs I mean really it's hard to lose at all in December.... I see you mentioned body pains, I get ya there, I have knee trouble this heavy....prob be easier under 200lbs for me... 8lbs seems fine, it's a good place to set a goal and the new year tends to breed motivation! :carrot:

kelijpa: I agree, things taste differently when cutting out sugar or carbs...at least after a while... I'm super low carb for this new diet, pasta being my worst....good luck!

boatingmommy: yeah we're still working on the pipes...I would love a shower at this point... :( but, it'll work out eventually... you made a good goal this month, January is always great for motivating... :carrot: omelet, I might make one sorta like that in the morning... I like spinach in mine sometimes....pref my onions cooked... sounds good though :)

shr1nk1ingme: what is your food plan exactly? it looks protein...protein w low carb?

marymo: doing a good job with your goals, keep it up!! :D

workinglikeadog: good goal, sounds doable.... I've heard it helps not to eat after dinner and also not to have dinner too late, that been working for you?

stilettolife: I see your reward system there.... what's a "poachette"?? fashion thing???

seemyfeet: psyllium on your plan huh? fight fiber thing? what's your plan?

allyp: good luck, welcome back? :cheer3:

kilketay: whole foods, plant based huh? like vegan or just clean eating?

southernbell: good to see you have a reward system, I had a tattoo on mine too when I had rewards up....might just add some, sure is nice to shoot for something besides th end of the rainbow huh??

nickadee: welcome and good luck!!

183stgb: ah, school is a tough one for being on plan sometimes but sounds like maybe less hectic? good luck... :chin:

sum38: welcome back and good luck!!

Rsadler: omg...onederland...I'm excited for you....:yay::yay::yay: good luck, see you around the board!

Jacqui d: don't see why you can't get a whoosh if you didn't during already....I bet you will ;)

jennybutler: I am highly interested in your phentermine stuff, that seems like its working out for you? was that the script only thing? They banned that once right? I'm interested... if it's script only my docs have never been interested in helping me get insurance help for anything weight related....eh...

pnkrckpixicat: howdy again, good to see ya. looks like you had a lil whoosh there, good job!

ajlee: no sweat on a very slight increase, could be retention, will go away just fine....no worries!!

gardnerjoy: thanks for managing this new thread, good job keeping w your goals!!

darius: hey good to see you again...I forget you're on th other side of the world, so when you post I get confused and check the date sometimes...lol!! :dizzy:

NightAngel26 01-02-2014 05:44 PM

oops hi, posting at the same time....

lol missed ya

teati: hello and welcome!

turtle: hello again....n sweat on the increase I'm sure it's retention for the most part and will come off quickly...water is usually a good idea though good job on recovery tactics!!

NightAngel26 01-02-2014 05:54 PM

check in:

ok so it's time to write my check in info I guess:

I am going to use what I had on the first rather than before for my start so my goal will be 250 for January. I'm still doing well although I had margarine yesterday which is not allowed in this but it didn't hurt. I don't like much of seafood without something to dip in.

Still going for mainly veggies, meat and fruit w a little dairy. the diet is extreme at 500 cals so I'm going more for 1,000 and allowing pork. :)
