I see you do Leslie's walk videos too! Neat! I heard about them from my dear buddy Jacqui, and she does them too. I just do the youtube version, but it all works.

I have done them a few times. Basically I don't want to walk outside in the dark twice a day and I am committed to 500 minutes a week. So that means an hour plus a day. So in the evenings Leslie gives me a good option. I am not sure if I should count it as low impact aerobics or as walking 4mph. I need to give myself a cushion because my Friday's I go in to work for 5:10 so the likely hood of me getting an hour is slim. Hopefully I will also get an afternoon walk that day.
And I heard about Leslie Sansone from Tuscany, and I'm so glad! With my rheumatoid arthritis keeping me from walking in the cold, I might not be exercising at all otherwise. I may not have big goals, but I do want to have goals, lol!

Jacqui_D, well a great big THANK YOU, to Tuscany from me then, that's awesome!! Yes, if I was left to just walk as I was, on and off (mostly off) out in the wet and Autumn weather outdoors, I just know that would be going no where in a hurry!
BTW, got another 20 min w/ warm up and another mile under my belt this evening.
