November Exercise Challenge
Let's move our way into the holiday season -- walking, running, dancing, lifting, stretching -- whatever it takes!
State your goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. My goal for November is 1400 minutes.

So since I’ve a couple of planned days off exercise due to graduation events and I’ve just started a new job, I’m going to alter my goals this month. I need to learn to balance my 9-5 job and the gym. That will be what I'm going to focus on for November.
Goals for November:

I'm in again. My goal this month is 2,000 minutes of exercise. That's a bit lower than last month, because I'm starting to get busier at work and I'll soon be at 60 to 70 hours per week...which doesn't leave too much time for other things.

Brisk Walk - 20 min a day EVERY DAY x 30 days = 600 min for November 2013 (Note To Myself: I didn't even begin to make my goal for October, but I have to keep in mind a personal Super goal level for me which is: 3x a week, double the walking for an added 60 min week x 4 week = 240 additional minutes for a "super goal" of 840 minutes for Nov!)
