I think I've been getting frustrated because this insanity exercise programme is well, frankly, driving me insane. I've been doing it alongside all my other exercise and really hoped that the results would motivate me. Have been doing a bit of googling though and think it is month 2 that'll ill see a shred so bring on the November weight loss thread (feeling nervous about month two as I write this). Anyway bit better news today, down to 141 again... Let the breath holding begin. Get well soon Woodstock, bet ur missing ur workouts! Try to rest and take it easy until your better though! I was super worried about not bein able to Keep up, but I did. Also, it's a great Group, so I had a ton of fun :) especially when he dude cranked up the Music and we were going hard. Unfortunately I am mega sore today -- even woke up couple times tonight because my butt and legs hurt so bad. Well, let's me know I worked out ;) Minneey haha, yeah, "70min run" -- more like a majorly slow jog, but that sounds dumb :D I did the same distance in 50min 4 weeks ago, so I'm trying to get back to that. I heard about Insanity, but I'm kinda scared of it. And I feel like it's too expensive to just try it. Would you recommend it? Also well done on your 1lb drop! It's the beginning of the semester though, so I want to socialize and catch up with everyone. Admittedly, I could make better choices, but I could have done way worse also, so I consider it okay. No gain is a win, right? :^: I'm getting a little anxious about not meeting my October goal at this point, but I'm glad I'm staying accountable anyways, I'll Keep going, and if I don't make it, I'll try again next month. I'm up today 1.5 lbs! I don't know why, lol! I guess it's just one of those things my body has decided to do! I did do an hour of walking videos yesterday instead of just 30 minutes, but it's not like those videos are strenuous so I wouldn't think my muscles would be holding water after them. Oh well! Any way you slice it, it is just water and will fall back off eventually. No biggie! :D

Way to go, Folks! Keep up the great work. I only weigh in and record weekly, which is today and I had exactly 1 lb lost, which I'm happy about. Wish it was more, but I'll take every pound or fraction there of, I can GET! Jacqui_D Oh, I know you have been stepping up your exercise routine, so it has to bee water-- no worries though that WHOOSH FAIRY may be circling your place as we speak! If not, I'll remind her to visit very soon. And all the others-- there are so many neat stories, I just have to tell you thanks to ALL of you who share them!... wow, an inspiring bunch for sure!! Now, I had the number -11.2# as my goal this month, and yes, that wasn't very realistic as I've been doing this for almost three months now-- but I just wanted to hit an "even" number(down to 190#) I will continue to do my best, but I know I won't make that too lofty of a goal ... but I'm OKAY with that. I'm losing every week and learning more and more, so I'll just set a more reachable goal for next challenge in November-- yup, gonna join you folks then too! :hug: to the group Suzanne/MrsKevin OK, not an official goal that I started this challenge month at, but one I'm writing down for accountability for myself and the group.. Since I'm at 195.2 now, I want to be down to 194# as my target weight for the the challenge for sure, by HALLOWEEN. That will make it an even 30# weight loss since I started loosing- and that means I get one of the adorable 30# LOST CHICKENS. I posted in other threads when I got my new "chick(en)", so that's a fun goal for me to reach. Have made big mistake this evening... Chose healthy options BUT decided to get that as-well-as rather than instead-of giant pepperoni pizza. So have now consumed whole pizza and haloumi salad. I blame all this exercise. I felt ravenous today!!

Hello y'all, I have been lurking in the background watching everyones success and struggles dealing with my own struggles. I don't know why but until Monday the last two weeks were really tough on my staying OP wise. I had a really hard time not eating crap food, but I would still exercise. Now I am back to eating OP but not exercising. :( Since my eating is back OP I did have a loss this week and back to under goal weight.
