Walked on the boardwalk last night and on the beach today, so I'm getting some walking in each day. I can feel the ache in my heel as I walk, but I'm not making it worse going at this pace, so I'll settle for this right now! :yes:

Yay, Turtle11! I worked my way through 30DS in November and December (every other day so it was kind of 1/2 60DS). I was thrilled the day I could do boy-pushups!

Goal: walk/jog a minimum of 8 miles per day, Monday through Saturday (Sunday is a rest day)
I need to make a new goal for myself. I have been walking and jogging 8 to 15 miles per day since June 4th. I have hit a wall this week and motivation just dropped. I realized I needed to switch things up. Things have also gotten busier here. I am a single, homeschooling mom that also cares for my elderly parents (one just having had a stroke the end of June). I am changing my goal to at least 5 miles per day, Monday through Saturday. week 1 ~ Thursday: 9.5 miles Friday: 10.5 miles Saturday: 10 miles week 2 ~ Monday: 7.5 miles Tuesday: 6.5 miles Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: week 3 ~ Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: week 4 ~ Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: week 5 ~ Monday: Tuesday: Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: Saturday: |
