Hey everyone, I definately want to join this thread. My August exercise goals are to finish my JM 30 day shred. I started July 15th and do two days on, then one day off so that should put me at the end of August. I have 19 days left. I also want to try and walk at least 35 miles, not a lot, but I want to start being more active instead of on the computer or sitting around.

Okay, a compromised but reasonable start for me. Despite the hurt heel, I got a walk around the block in today, and I didn't make my heel worse because I walked in sandals, lol! I'm not sure my feet can take walking in sandals repeatedly, but at least I was able to start August off with a little bit of exercise. :cp:

I think I'm going to have to scale down one of my goals. My ankle is acting wonky and I want to baby it.
