Hi Ladies,
Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was not bad, I did not exercise Saturday or Sunday, I was way to sore. I spoke to my Mom on Sunday and she is back north and its been cold. She had a few fights over the weekend. Today, I had ballet class and that was fun than it was home and did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. Good workout considering I was a bit tired.
