Had 3 off plan days with no exercise, but made up for it (kind of) by doing a super long workout today. Had the energy! Gotta take advantage of that!!! :)

Hi Ladies,

Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was not bad, I did not exercise Saturday or Sunday, I was way to sore. I spoke to my Mom on Sunday and she is back north and its been cold. She had a few fights over the weekend.
Today, I had ballet class and that was fun than it was home and did Firm Fat Blasting Cardio. Good workout considering I was a bit tired. So far 10 workouts in the books for November.
