Change in plans at work today meant no workout for me, but I did get a 30 min walk to work and spent the entire night stocking. So not a total loss!

Wow, I can't believe I never thought of it that way haha! Actually, when I need to spend hours a night fixing and straightening the items on the shelves, I do kind of incorporate that, moving quickly between shelf heights, 'high and low.' Extra calories burned :p

I'm posting this before I do it, so I might have to edit it later on:
30 mins running in place with high knees intervals, 15 mins HIIT, 10 mins arm toning
