Here's my mid-month check in:
1. Powerwalk 100 miles with Walk Away The Pounds: On track...47/100 miles so far. 2. Lift 3 - 4 days per week: Doing very well at 4 days per week. Feeling and seeing visible results. 3. Do Pilates 2 - 3 days per week for 20 - 30 minutes: Been doing 2 days of Pilates per week for 15 - 30 mins. at a time. Going to try and get in an extra day, even for a 10 minute cool down stretch. |

I felt jittery and shaky when I attempted to workout today and both cardio and strength so I just left the gym and decided to take it as a rest day ;) tomorrow back on the horse! (elliptical) :P Have a great day ladies!
