Aaww, I wish I'd seen this thread first. I posted my goals in another thread, but I'll put them here since it seems more fitting. And I'll be changing them each week, so these are my goals for the 2nd week of October:
1. Burn at least 500 calories on the Treadclimber 2. Use the Treadclimber at least 6 days of this week 3. Attend at least 3 aqua classes at my gym (either Resistance training or Zumba) |
Planned a rest day for yesterday, ended up going for a walk, pushing the stroller with the youngest child I take care of.
Today, did 35 minutes of Cardio X. |

So far so good. I've been able to break the 500 calorie mark each night on my Treadclimber since saying I would. Last night I made it to 501 till I felt like I would collapse, but I did it. Afterward, I went on a 3 mile walk with one of my gym partners. I can definitely feel it in my legs today. Tonight after the Treadclimber I have an aqua fit class.
