actually I did 4.5 miles inside again yesterday evening in anticipation
of today's brunch. today: walked 5 miles outside 5.5 miles inside. ahhhh.... feel so good to go out and enjoy my EAT day! Have a good Sunday everyone! |

yesterday was my rest day. Walked for 2 hours shopping.
today I did 4.5 hours of working out: 60 mins yoga 101 60 mins H.E.A.T. circuit training/running laps 45 mins strength training 30 mins elliptical w/ arms 20 mins cross trainer 14 mins stair machine 11 rowing machine 30 mins c25k week 4 (16 mins jogging, 14 walking) =3657 calories burned |
