took it a little easier today as I still recover from yesterday's workout. tues is my toughest day of the week. today I did 3.75 hours and burned 2768 calories.
45 mins strength training
60 mins elliptical with arms
60 mins crostrainer
55 mins yoga level 102
5 mins stair machine

HARD workout today. Burned 4070 calories.

60 mins elliptical w/arms
50 mins RIPPED class
45 mins cross trainer
40 mins yoga
25 mins c25k (12 jogging, 13 walking)
20 mins stationary bike
12 mins rowing
8 mins stair machine
=4 hours and 20 mins

45 mins water aerobics
=3 hours (2253 calories burned)
