60 mins elliptical with arms
30 mins stationary bike level 4
30 mins crosstrainer level 4 with chest presses on level 8
5 mins stair machine
25 mins c25k (13 mins jogging, 12 walking)

Happy Tuesday workout sisters!

I did 7.5 miles outside, 5.5 miles on elliptical w/arms this morning.
finally see the scale moving and this week is a very happy one for me.

2/2 so far this week! I did Cardio X today for 35 minutes, getting anywhere from 64-90 oz of water a day as well. Also thinking about investing in JM's 30 Day Shred.

hey everyone. I had a long workout today, 4.75 hours. I feel good.
45 mins strength training
45 mins elliptical w/arms (3.5 miles)
45 mins cross training machine (6 miles)
55 mins RIPPED class
55 mins yoga 102
12 mins rowing (1 mile)
5 mins stair machine (.25 miles)
24 mins C25k week 3 (10 jogging/14 walking, 1.75 miles)

Thank you so much!! The verdict is in and I'm down 50.25 pounds!!! I weighed in at 201.75!!! I can't believe I did that in 3.5 months. I practically lost it emotionally. Overwhelmed is the word. It still hasn't soaked in. I'm wearing my size 16 clothes.....down from size 24W. Still in shock. :)

Yay, angieand2girls! That is so impressive! Terrific inches lost, too, with changing that many sizes from a 50 pound loss -- the workouts are working!

Yes! I took my measurements on five different body parts. My bust was down 9 inches, my waist down 9 inches, hips down 7 inches, left thigh down 3.5 inches (it's my biggest thigh), and left arm down 2 inches (my biggest arm). So that's a total of 30.5 inches of the body parts I measured. Unbelievable progress and I'm thrilled! Thanks everyone for your kind words! :)
