Happy Tuesday workout sisters!
I did 7.5 miles outside, 5.5 miles on elliptical w/arms this morning. finally see the scale moving and this week is a very happy one for me. Have a good one yall!!! |
2/2 so far this week! I did Cardio X today for 35 minutes, getting anywhere from 64-90 oz of water a day as well. Also thinking about investing in JM's 30 Day Shred.

hey everyone. I had a long workout today, 4.75 hours. I feel good.
45 mins strength training 45 mins elliptical w/arms (3.5 miles) 45 mins cross training machine (6 miles) 55 mins RIPPED class 55 mins yoga 102 12 mins rowing (1 mile) 5 mins stair machine (.25 miles) 24 mins C25k week 3 (10 jogging/14 walking, 1.75 miles) |
