had a good workout. 3 hrs. trying really hard to meet my Oct goals. 3 days to go. It's gonna be hard but gotta go for it! took a hard class today, HEAT. You know its gonna be hard when the instructor pulls the trash can to the center of the gym in case anyone needs to barf. That's not a good sign, lol. it was really hard and everyone there was fit except me. but they were very encouraging and literally cheered me on as I reached the finish. They all finished about 10 mins ahead of me but one guy joined me in my last circuit. they were all really nice.

Here's what I did this month: 82 hrs of cardio (goal was 75) 201 miles (goal was 200) 69,548 calories burned (goal was 60,000) Tomorrow I'll weigh and measure and see how those results turn out! |
