My son will be in Colorado. I am in NY. We'll figure it out, but right now, having a bit of a time wrapping my head around it.

I'll be ok, as long as he is happy and healthy.
He is little brother is looking for a job out of state too, but east coast. Ditto there, as long as they are ok, I am ok. Just miss my full nest.

I made my mini goal of getting under 30% bf(which I had planned to reach for my birthday in Dec. so I reached it early!) and my mini weight goal. My next goal is 25% bf.

Did a long 4 miler the other day. My scale broke so no clue what I weigh. Need to get a new one tonight. Gym for me later. Maybe my hubbie will help me with arms.

Finished week 2 of c25k. Trying to stay motivated!
Went to Bj's today (wholesale club) and did lots of healthy shopping to stay on track!

Waiting on hurricane Sandy, hoping it's a bust!

Scale died and I had to get a new one. Of course I weigh more on the new one. YUCK!! oh well. just keep working. Starting out at 182 on the new one.

Well the scale is moving a little once again. 178.2 today. The lowest I have been is 175. Getting close.
