Hi ladies!
I'm here today to publicly announce my intentions to lose 15 pounds in the next 90 days.
I've been getting some mediocre results over the past couple of months, and being on this forum has shown me incredible things are possible when you set your mind, body and soul to focus on the goal at hand - but this requires complete commitment (something I haven't been exercising in addition to my body!).
The funny thing is, I think Im actually doing pretty for 95% of the time I'm dieting and training, my husband and I work long hours and often go eat out, and it's these meals (I think), these partial lapses in concentration that push me over my calorie limit in addition to missing workouts when I'm real busy with work.
So what pushed me over the edge? Well...
I was recently looking for inspiration on youtube searching through 90 day body transformation videos. I love watching these but there has always been a part of me that doubted whether they were actually real.
However I came across a video of a young guy who had an incredible turn around in 90 days (5.7 kg he claims) which isn't a huge amount but visually its noticeable. The thing that stood out for me was that he took a photo every day for 90 days so you can see the change happen every day over time.

While granted, he doesn't have female hormones to deal with and he wasn't my weight to begin with, this was a truly inspirational moment for me to see the day by day change and what can happen in a short amount of time. What struck me was that it's not so obvious day to day, but rather its' the cumulative adding up of a little bit every day that makes an incredible turn around possible.
I'm in for 90 days!
