Had a rough couple of days

I've just been INSANELY hungry. And tired. Sigh. Like usually hunger really doesn't bother me. I can handle it pretty well but the last two days...it's like my body wants to eat at maintenance or something. And me saying no is not working that well

I got a long weekend though and I'm going to do some exercise and hiking(which I am sooo crazy excited for!) and hopefully that'll counter act what ever damage I've done and maybe I'll move down a bit. I mean I did lose a lot last month, way more then normal, and I think my body is going a little crazy because of it and freaking out and not wanting me to lose more or something. Anyways I'm going to try and push through this....
