jasonslea congrats on the job and the loss!

mavis no I don't when I'll have a free weekend....

Ugh still so busy. I just wish things would calm down a little bit. Today I skipped two classes just because I'm so exhausted and have so much homework due tomorrow....Sat I had part of the day to myself, yesterday it was all chores and homework. Weigh in today was awful....I'm super bloated ugh sigh....

Instead of going to the gym last night we went for a trail/hill bike ride. It was fun and clearly a good workout of a different kind. Nice to do something out of the ordinary. Back to the gym today though.

183.2 today...pretty good but not in the 170's. Somethings gotta give.

mindy its good to shake things up with exercise, that bike ride sounds fun

Somehow I'm going to figure out how to get in exercise. This weekend I'm going to try really hard to go all the weeks homework. Or at least 75% of it....that way during the week instead of waking up at 5 to do homework I can wake up at 5 to go to the gym

Morning chicks. Rainy Sunday here. That is not necessarily a bad thing. I am way behind on housework, I think I will work on that today. Need to switch winter and summer clothes too and brought some work home it see if I could get a bit caught up.

mavis I'm jealous of your rainy sunday, its over 100 here today

In a very good mood today, thinking I might make it to 10lbs lost this month which would be super awesome! I think its crazy that the month I stop counting calories is my best month so far...

I decided for halloween I'm going to make barbarian/neolithic costumes for me and the boyfriend. Found an awesome imitation wolf fur fabric. I love arts and crafts and projects like that so I'm actually super excited I think I'm going to make mine mid-drift baring though! That's definitely motivating me to stay on plan!

Hey lovelies!

Today was a short day at work so I'm up at the school, using the WiFi. Gah, I can't wait to get my stuff back on. One more week!

I hope you all are doing good!

mavis I totally will haha yeah I'm actually surprised how well this month has gone. Good job on getting enough water!

jasonslea Hope you get your internet soon!

Finally started exercising again yesterday. I'm just going to work on doing strength stuff since my time is so limited. So yesterday did pushups and sit ups. Making it a goal to do them everyday. I especially need the situps if I hope to pull off my halloween costume

Been 181.4 for a while now....so close to the 170's I can taste it. C'mon. Going camping this weekend in a yurt. We are going to do some bike riding. Should be fun.

mindy your camping trip sounds awesomely fun! And after all that exercise maybe you'll come back in the 170s

Had a rough couple of days I've just been INSANELY hungry. And tired. Sigh. Like usually hunger really doesn't bother me. I can handle it pretty well but the last two days...it's like my body wants to eat at maintenance or something. And me saying no is not working that well I got a long weekend though and I'm going to do some exercise and hiking(which I am sooo crazy excited for!) and hopefully that'll counter act what ever damage I've done and maybe I'll move down a bit. I mean I did lose a lot last month, way more then normal, and I think my body is going a little crazy because of it and freaking out and not wanting me to lose more or something. Anyways I'm going to try and push through this....

Hope everyone is having a great friday!

Dott- I hate it when my body has a mind of it's own. I lost about 5 pounds in Sept. Hoping I can lose a few more in Oct. I am gunning for those 170's. Have fun with your hiking. We may do some of that too.

mindy yay I just wish our bodies would do what we tell them to do!

I had a great time hiking and yesterday we went up to the mountains and did some shopping and walking around. It was so nice. I'm going to include some pics.

Back to being on plan today after my mini break. I'm not up too bad on the scale. I'd say I might have gained 1lb max from the extra eating but nothing I can't get off quickly. I really am over half way done with this weight loss journey. I've got about 10% more body fat to lose till I'm at my goal which translates to roughly 20lbs. So I'm really going to try and work really hard through this last stretch!

E-hiking 2 hours
E-healthy!
D-You're getting there!
