    Thanks, everyone, for keeping this thread vibrant. I hurt my back dusting flour of my shirt. I guess I wiggled wrong. I took three days off for fear I would hurt it worse, but now I think I'm in more danger of being hurt by lack of activity. So, I'm doing something tonight! I'll report back later.

    I tried that spin class today and my butt is on friggin FIRE!!! That little bitty seat for my big ole butt? Sheeeesh! How do you all that do spin classes sit on those small bike seats all the time! LOL! I am supposed to do it again on Thursday, but I don't think I can take the agony lol.
