curvynotlumpy thanks for the kind words. I just can't get into exercise so at least doing something more than I normally do I feel should count and maybe I will get into working out more when a few more pounds come off.
Now that the weather is nice I try to talk my boyfriend into taking his dogs for a walk but it hasn't worked yet. (He has about 90 pounds to lose).
I guess I am just too lazy, but I will break that mode as my weight makes it easier

Hey every one! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend & started off your week on the right foot. I only did 3 days of walking last week. I did a lot of walking out and about but am not sure how far it would all equal out to. I need to find my pedometer. I was having soreness issues from my walking so I was resting the last few days. Plus I was feeling the effects of lack of sleep. But today I am determined to move. My Mom is giving Isla a bottle as I type and then I'm loading her up in her stroller and getting the dogs on their leashes and we're going for a walk. If I can manage I want to do a trail nearby that equals to a mile and a half. Fresh air will do us all good. I'll report back later.

Walked 1 mile yesterday. Had my Mom, the dogs, and the baby with me. It was nice to get out but it was pretty hot. Looking forward to crisp fall weather so we'll really enjoy being out
