Well I was feeling a little down to come post my weigh in for the week but it seems like we are all in the same boat!! I did have alot of sodium and some candy but it was all worked into my calories but no loss for me. I have even put in some extra workouts the last 2 weeks, ugh!! I have only lost .8lbs in the last 2 weeks, when I should have lost 4lbs. So frustrating!!
