Well I was feeling a little down to come post my weigh in for the week but it seems like we are all in the same boat!! I did have alot of sodium and some candy but it was all worked into my calories but no loss for me. I have even put in some extra workouts the last 2 weeks, ugh!! I have only lost .8lbs in the last 2 weeks, when I should have lost 4lbs. So frustrating!!

I've been stalling and struggling(I'm fluctuating between 150-152) for the last few days (I think the change in the weather and sunshine is taking its toll). I don't want this to turn into a month long rut of not making progress, so I've decided to re-adjust my goal weight to somewhere between 128-132 by the end of this challenge. Which is so doable for me & and puts a lil less pressure on me. I'm buying a new cute food/exercise journal and pens tonight to get me re-motivated & re-energized. Anyone ever had to do something like this to keep them staying focused?

Energie- I did the same thing before! I'm all about visuals to help me with weight loss, that's another reason why I love tickers and challenges because I feel it helps keep me accountable. Have you tried My Fitness Pal or other websites for keeping track of your intake and exercise? That's one thing that helps me too!

TRom- Welcome to the challenge! You can definitely reach your goal by the end of this challenge, keep up the great work!

and yes challenges help so much with accountability. I looove challenges.
