9/10 - #231.4 (Had a weekend away, and a kidney infection which made everything wonky!)
9/17 - #228: Moving in the right direction again. Can't complain about a #3.4 loss for the week!

10/1 - #227.8 New Month - New focus!
10/8 - #227.2 (TOM)

10/29 - #227 I'm praying it's the pizza (AKA food I ate yesterday. I'm Really mad! (goal for this date is #223)

11/12: #223.8 (The boyfriend's birthday was this week, and I had some BAD numbers. I'm glad to see a loss!)

Well, I whooshed off all the fun water weight (and I'm sure some fat) that I gained from almost 2 weeks of eating like crap. Finally netted a loss.
