Anyone want to join a End of the Year Challenge? It starts September 3rd, 2012 and it will finish December 31st, 2012. Weigh ins are every Monday.
So yes, everyone please post your weights in every Monday. If that day you can't or you are on TOM etc, you can just put "no weigh in today", or a *, or a reason so its known that, that weigh in day doesn't work.
My current weight is 155 and I want to be 120 by the end of this challenge, which means my goal is to lose 35 pounds. Being between 120-125 would be amazin. I'm just so ready and determined to get there :-). It will be a good way to start a new year.

I have a goal of 51 pounds by the new year, and that will bring me to 200lbs! Let's see- this gives us 120 days, correct? I'm a bodybugg user, so I work with deficits- that's a 1500 cal/day deficit. Totally do-able! At this weight I easily make a 1500cal/day deficit, 2000 on a work-out day. Onederland, here I come!
First month loss was 9 pounds. Did not make October 2nd goal of being under 210, missed by one pound, BUT made it within two days! Celebrating that small victory!!

I'm in too! My goal weight will be 164 - which will put me in the 'normal' bmi category. I have never thought I would want to start the year off as normal, but it sounds pretty amazing.
