GOAL...to miss ZERO workouts.

1 - Legs + STS M2, D2 Legs (warm-up only) + Kim Fowler's OM Zone Yoga (lower body section)

2 - n/a - I'm ashamed...no excuse.

3 - Shoulders + Cathe's Gym Style Chest, Tricep (warm-up only)

4 - REST DAY!

5 - Tabata Jump Rope (4 mins) + ZWOW #27 (completed 52 goblets w/ 15lb kettlebell within this workout)

6, 7, 8, 9 - SICK! NO WORKOUTS :(

10 - Full Body Workout (whew - was sore for about 4 days after) + Cathe's Muscle Max (warm-up only) + STS Abs Circuit (pilates section) + Tabata Jump Rope (4 mins)

11 - REST DAY! SORE LATS, LOWER BACK AND HAMSTRINGS!!
12 - REST DAY!


13 - Cathe's Cardio and Weights + ZWOW #28
14 - STS M3, D32 Plyo Legs + STS Extended Stretch + Advanced Yoga Poses, Head and Handstand poses practice (20 minutes)

15 - Chest + Cathe's Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps (warm-up and stretch only)

16 - n/a - SICK!

17 - Upper Body + Cathe's Gym Style Back, Shoulders, Biceps (warm-up and stretch only) + Cathe's IMAX 3 (blasts 1-5 only)
