GOAL...to miss ZERO workouts. 1 - Legs + STS M2, D2 Legs (warm-up only) + Kim Fowler's OM Zone Yoga (lower body section) 2 - n/a - I'm ashamed...no excuse. 3 - Shoulders + Cathe's Gym Style Chest, Tricep (warm-up only) 4 - REST DAY! 5 - Tabata Jump Rope (4 mins) + ZWOW #27 (completed 52 goblets w/ 15lb kettlebell within this workout) 6, 7, 8, 9 - SICK! NO WORKOUTS :( 10 - Full Body Workout (whew - was sore for about 4 days after) + Cathe's Muscle Max (warm-up only) + STS Abs Circuit (pilates section) + Tabata Jump Rope (4 mins) 11 - REST DAY!
