Yikes! I need to catch up & log my minutes....
8/1 = 15 min. Yoga 8/2 = 15 min Yoga 8/3 = 15 min Yoga 8/4 = 30 min Yoga workout & 55 min. walk! :) (proud of this, my sweetie & I walked around at an outdoor concert.) 8/5=15 min. Yoga Not a great start to the month, but I am planning on getting more done as the nights cool off this week... I'll be back later to post this week so far. |

I'm at 630 minutes out of 2400. It's been a light week for me, as my leg was bothering me a lot. But it was better today so I did 60 mins of cardio.
