Increase workout time
For August, I want to put in 1500 minutes, keeping at least 3 different things each week.
8/1 - gym tread/bike and calisthenics (50 min) 8/2 - moderate neighborhood walk (45 min) |

This month I'm going to try for 5 miles on the bike again and this month I promise I will not crash and take half the skin off my elbow. 30 miles on foot this month. 8/1 ~ 4.08F |

How's everyone doing so far? I'm so proud of myself because I had a long day yesterday and still made time to power walk for 2 miles last night in the dark! No more excuses!

Good Saturday to all. I've been editing my original post so my tally is there. Today was my first run in 2 weeks since I started experiencing shin splints. Happy to report, no pain :carrot: As an additional bonus, the time off resulted in shaving off 25 seconds from my normal time for this particular run. Don't know what that's about but I'll take it!:D
