75.0 today. 7 of 15 days at or below 75kgs. I'm still not getting the safely below 75, that I'm hoping for. Maybe tomorrow! It does motivate me to be careful during the day.
Almost at my goal and I know that I could have tried harder.
I hope that you plan to continue this with a June Exercise Challenge so that I can push myself a little further and hopefully make this a life routine.

So, my new challenge is to see how many days I can be at or below 75kgs in May.
Sally_Pineapple: the monthly exercise and weight loss challenges happen every month. Chickadee32 and I have been doing it for quite a long time and we took them over from others who were running them before. I don't know when they started, but they have been going the entire time that I've been on 3FC. So, yes, please join us in June!
It's doubtful I'm going to make my goal this month, but I won't throw the towel in. I had lost my way for several days as far as doing anything. I have my water and I'm back on track exercising.
200.5 today. I'm sooooo close! Definitely going to work hard this weekend and next week so I can make goal. Who knew I would be so excited for healthy eating!
Slow and steady wins the race right? Argh... okay if I can just lose the same again and a tiny bit more I'll have hit my goal.. tbh I'd be happy just with 140.9 at this point! Just to see any 140 number would be awesome...

ok - no loss again this week - but I'm not discouraged. I've lost 30lbs since March - and now, at the unofficial start of summer, I'm not going anywhere but down!

Yay, dcapulet, PaintedButterfly, and JazzyPeggy for keeping up the fight. I'm in that group, too. I'm at 74.95kgs today -- making it day 8 at or below 75kgs in May. I can't make my original goal of 15 days, but maybe I can make it 14!
74.85 kgs today so still on target for the boobie prize of making it 14 days at or below 75kgs in May.
How is everyone else doing? Do you have a good plan for focusing on your health this holiday weekend? My good plan is skipping it. We're getting ready to go to Ireland so that was a good excuse for not attending the family potluck where my mother-in-law is bringing "salad" that somehow also involves "cream sauce."
75.5 kgs this morning. Oops. It's partly our greens dish -- which is Chinese-inspired, complete with soy sauce. But my snacks got a little out-sized yesterday, too. So, I'm going back to the one snack a day plan (cutting back from my normal two) and I'll be measuring that snack carefully.
Back down to 74.75kgs. Yay! Daily weigh-ins and reporting here is really helpful. I'm catching my problems within 24 hours which makes them pretty easy to fix!
Hope everyone observing a holiday today is having a good time, while sparing a good thought for those we memorialize.
Here it is 3 weeks later, and I'm up from my start weight when I signed up. I'm going to spend some time today self motivating so I can get back on track.
