Well my weight this week was only 0.1 less, but it is that evil time of the month so at this point I am just happy it wasn't a gain. ;0) Not to mention all the sweets cravings I have been giving into lately. DARN these hormones.

201.5 today...for real this time! I'm still not sure that I'm going to make it to my Onederland goal this month (next weekend is a holiday weekend after all...BBQ, beers, too many days off work and out of my routine!), but I'll be pretty close. My ankle is still a little tight and I still haven't made it back to the gym...but I did a few workout videos this week and walked about 4.5 miles yesterday. Hoping to finally get back to the gym on Monday - I'm not giving up on my goal until the month is officially over!

What was my goal, again? Oh yeah. 15 days below 75kg. I had a rough middle of the month with a birthday (50! -- I posted my Goal! story that day: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/goal...-fabulous.html), Mother's Day, and a lot of craziness surrounding our upcoming, first-ever European trip.

So, I shot up to over 76kgs. Yikes.

Then, I got determined that I was going to leave for our trip on the low end of my maintenance range, not the high end. I decided to skip my second snack for a few days and now I'm back in spitting distance -- 75.15kgs this morning. There are just enough days left this month for me to meet my original goal. But I'll be happy if I'm below 75kgs at the end of the month.

Sorry I've not been around for a few days! Work blew up mid-week, and I ended up working some crazy hours for a few days and having to spend the night out of town unexpectedly. I also haven't been able to sleep very much or very well due to the hormones (about 4.5 hours in a row seems to be the max I can get), and between that and work I just feel so tired and worn out. My eating has not been great (I've been over my upper calorie limit by a few hundred the last 5 days), but this morning I'm sitting at my ticker/profile weight so it seems I'm pretty much maintaining. I have my embryo transfer tomorrow and I'm really worried about the gains I'm going to see after that (in past cycles, no exercise + increased hunger + water weight = a gain of about 5 lbs in 2 weeks), but there's not much I can do about most of it so I've got to just take it easy on myself these next two weeks and deal with it afterwards if this cycle doesn't result in a pregnancy. Anyway, I probably won't be great company in this challenge through the end of the month, but I'm going to try my best to stay upbeat.

nicolae: I'm sorry I seemed to have missed your original post about your goal! I have added your revised goal to the list below. It seems like you're doing awesome this month - nice job!!

Leecie: Oh how I hear you on the hormones! I am glad you're still seeing losses though, even if small ones. Things will be back to normal soon!

dcap: Ooo, almost to the teens!! I want to hear another report to see if you've gotten there since mid-week; I'm really excited for you!!

lulubellebc: Yay!!! Congratulations on getting into the 120s and meeting your May goal!! I have made you RED below!!

aniela: It's great that you've been getting some exercise in despite the ankle, and I think you can still make it this month! Just moderate for the holiday weekend - fill up on the trays of veggies, and have small portions of the tasty caloric stuff.

gardenerjoy: Occasions can be really rough! But lately I've been thinking - they're life, right? So we gain a little when we celebrate and enjoy, and then we scale back and get right back down to where we were. That must be what "normal" people do (people who have never had to struggle with their weight) - they overeat on special occasions too, and then just naturally cut back after and things go back to normal. They're just not watching every slight movement on the scale as they go through it all! Anyway - I hope your birthday was wonderful, and congratulations again on GOAL!!! Where will you be traveling and when?

ashori: Ooo, almost there!! I can't wait to see you hit it!

I was at 74.95kgs this morning! So that's day 4 of 15 days in May that I want to be below 75 kgs.

Chickadee32: Ireland! I'm so excited. We're going on a tour with the Missouri Botanical Garden led by the new director who is from Ireland. We'll be seeing lots of wonderful gardens!

Chickadee - Fingers are crossed and prayers are being said for success for you!

My weight hasn't moved. I am not heartbroken though because it hasn't gone up and we have had STRESS this month. Holding in, trying to handle business and at least I have had a loss - AND... I am on vacation from work starting the 23rd, so who knows - maybe I will still hit goal with enough work?

gardnerjoy, I'm so jealous of your upcoming trip! One of my dream vacations is to tour gardens in England and Ireland.

I'm getting nowhere this month. I dipped below 142 for about a second and a half, but have been sticking at 143. My eating hasn't been as controlled as I'd like but I've been keeping up with my exercise, so I'm not going to fret too much.

Good luck, everyone!

Well my weight this week was 5.0 LBS less, which is absolutely flabbergasting me. Only 3.0 LBS more until I reach my goal for this month. I can actually feel how close I am to crossing that goal line. YAY!! I nearly teared up when I stood on the scale and those numbers came up. I knew I lost cause my clothes are fitting much looser, but I didn't think it was THAT much.

Start Weight: 184.7lbs (05/01/2012)
05/06/12: 183.1 LBS
05/13/12: 183.0 LBS (T.O.M so not complaining)
05/20/12: 178.0 LBS ( -5.0 LBS)
05/27/12:
05/31/12: 175.0

Celebrating with LeeciesLosingIt and so proud of Steph7409 and ItsMyTurn for sticking with it! Sending all kinds of good luck vibes to chickadee32 today!

I was at 75.00 today, so I'm counting that as Day 5 of 15 days at or below 75kgs. We had tapas last night -- that's a challenge! But I was careful to focus on the salad and we, fortunately, had a good group that wasn't going in for the fried stuff.

Today I'm at 74.95 -- 6 of 15 days below 75kgs. I would like to get a little lower so that this isn't quite so dramatic every morning. Will she or won't she be at or below 75kgs? Inquiring minds want to know.
