Good morning ladies. I'm down a little from last week, but up from two weeks ago still. :( I've made my goal for next week to get to a total percentage lost of over 5%. I'm at 4 something now, but I'm going to do it darn it.

While I was looking at the chart I noticed there are a few people who haven't weighed in for over a month. I was thinking about removing them, but wanted to check with everyone to see how they feel about it before I do. While their numbers do increase our total pounds lost, since they aren't checking in they do kind of bring down our percentages since they're not losing anything every week. How does everyone feel about removing them?

Sarah, you have nothing to be ashamed of. You've lost over 20 pounds and have kept it off! And that's only since January! That's something to be pretty darn proud of chickie!

Kay7jay, I know what you mean, I've heard & read so much different advice that I don't know what to think. All I know is what I'm doing is working for me, slowly, but it is working & I don't feel deprived. However, I've noticed through tracking my information that the calories I'm eating is creeping up a little bit every week. I don't really set a limit, but I am aiming for about 1,700 per day, but noticed last month I was averaging 1,800 & so far this month over 1,850. That may be why my weight loss this month is down. While I do maintain a defict every day (almost) it's taking longer to get to that 3,500 calorie deficit & see a pound lost.

So if I want to hit my goal by the 4th I better start buckling down & eating a little less than I am now.

Tontus, great job! They say that changing it up is good for you & keeps you from getting too used to a routine. Keep up the great work.

Have a great OP week everyone.
Kim

Kim,

I updated the sheet. I have been removing people if they havenīt weighed in here for a month, but Iīve been lazy lately.

Keep going everyday. Maybe you arenīt losing a lot, but you are changing your habbits and thats better in the long run. Itīs so hard I know.

I have been losing about 1/2 pound every week, on average.
At least I am losing and my clothes are getting looser. :)

Best of luck to everyone this summer.
Keep up the good work!

Marla, great job. Slow and steady wins the race so they say. At least that's what I keep telling myself. You're doing great.

Let's keep going ladies. We can do this.

I'm dreading WI this week. This mini-vacation I did horrible at tracking my food & I didn't get any exercise at all. Ugh. But I'm back OP today & will be working out tonight no matter what.

I WI tomorrow. How can it be Tuesday already?

Good morning ladies.

WI today & I was up like I knew I would be from my vacation. But only .2 of a pound. Woohoo! I can so deal with that. I'm back on plan & even got my work out in yesterday. Of course after taking a week off from the TaeBo I was super tired after only 20 minutes of it. But I'm going to get in 30 at least today.

I'm looking forward to June when I'm going to go back to my Ripped in 30 dvd. I'm going to try to workout 5x per week & chart my progress in weight loss & inches. I didn't quite make the 5x per week with the TaeBo, so my progress this month wasn't the greatest. I think I lost less than a pound. :( But I know that's my fault & not the workout.

Hope everyone has a great day & remember 5 more weeks in this challenge, let's make the most of it!

Kim

I have been bouncing with the same 2/3 pounds and haven't lost much this past month but I can tell I am getting smaller by the way my clothes are fitting so I will take inches even if wieght is being difficult.

momof3preemies, are you finding it difficult to get out of the 190's?? I have been stuck here for almost 2 months and have to fight to lose every pound.
