Hey guys!

I've sort of started to shift over maintenance and am realizing that staying "on plan" is no longer my main challenge- it's being comfortable and happy with where I am. I'm not going to posting here but I wanted to say this is a GREAT thread and you guys are doing wonderfully. I hate starting to post on a challenge thread and stopping so I wanted to give an explanation for doing so.

Keep up the awesome work!!

Aww damn Indiblue, I'm sorry you won't be posting with us anymore, but I'm happy that you're focusing on being happy with yourself, that's a beautiful thing!

I'm going to continue the thread, more will come on the next one!

Yay aka!

As for your question, I notice that the challenge threads get the most participation. Maybe you can turn this into a challenge of some sort. You could give out rewards/recognition for the person with the most days on plan in a week, and perhaps other categories.

Aka, where are you going to continue the ON PLAN thread?
I would personally appreciate if it were continued in a different thread, with the days starting today onward, or if not, then perhaps the name of this thread can be changed?
