November 11 is Remembrance Day in Canada and I thought that's a good weekend for another challenge.
So I am throwing it out here to see if anybody (Canadian or not!) wants to join me.
Timeline: Nov 11 (or your closest weigh in date)
Goal: anything you want (weight, staying on plan every day, fitness goal, etc.)
Progress: post as often as you want but at least once a week so we can follow your progress
