  • November 11 is Remembrance Day in Canada and I thought that's a good weekend for another challenge.

    So I am throwing it out here to see if anybody (Canadian or not!) wants to join me.

    Timeline: Nov 11 (or your closest weigh in date)

    Goal: anything you want (weight, staying on plan every day, fitness goal, etc.)

    Progress: post as often as you want but at least once a week so we can follow your progress

  • My challenge details:

    Start weight: 178 lbs
    Goal weight: 167 lbs (which would mean a BMI of 25 and 70 lbs lost!!! wooooo!)
    Final weigh in: Sunday, Nov 13

  • Hi Josey! We have both done great on the challenges we've done together, so let's keep that going!

    I've got a challenge ending on Thanksgiving (US date) so this will be a great one to keep me on track for that!

    That will leave me with 3.anything lbs to lose in the couple of weeks from the end of this one until Thanksgiving. where I would like to try to get to Onederland!
