Here's how things went: Goals Finish C25K: Finished 11/12 Run 5K: Finished 11/12 (with a time just under 37 min) Run 2x a week: Week 1 & 2 Done, Didn't make week 3 or 4 due to injury Run/walk 50 miles: 38 miles of 50 Exercise 1300 min: 1457 minutes Goal met on 11/28 So I'm 3 outta 5 goals. Only lost 3.8 pounds this month. That's kind of a bummer.... |
