Nov 3 - Strength training upper body (Basic program, Day 1, Week 1*) + crunches

Days: 2/20
Miles: 3.3/100

*This is a new body weight strength training program I'm going to try to incorporate into my exercise. I'll probably work through it slowly as I don't want to totally cut out my weight circuit at the gym. I think the variety of doing both will help keep me from getting bored, and it seems like it can't hurt to mix up the exercises so that different muscles are being worked in different ways.

Oops, not off to a very good start in terms of checking in, but I have been exercising every day, and that is the point...

Hi Joy, nice to be back--let's hope I make it more often, though!

My goal for November is no more than 5 days without exercise.

11.1: Zumba--60 min.
11.2: Zumba--90 min.
11.3: Zumba--35 min.
11.4: Zumba--45 min. Circuit training: 20 min.

I just read the back of my Callanetics dvd case and realized that I'm actually doing a few minutes more or each workout than I originally thought. Cardio Callanetics is 33 minutes long and the Callanetics Evolution on that same dvd is 39 minutes long. I had a feeling Evo was longer than a half hour while I was doing it. I'll just change the minutes here; not going back to each post. :p
