Hello everyone! My goal is to put in 600 minutes of exercise for MOVEmber :) It averages out to 30 minutes a day for 20 days. I am going on vacation (to a nice sunny place to get away from this cold weather...BBBRRRRRRRR) for 10 days and know that I will not exercise during my vacation.

Pushed myself to workout last night, despite that fact that I'm getting sick. I was super proud of myself at the time, but I woke up with a pounding headache. Maybe not the best idea? Feeling a bit better this afternoon, and hopefully I'll be able to do something low intensity tonight. Maybe just a long walk. I really don't want to let anything get in the way of my momentum!

paris - a walk would probably be ideal. Getting the heart pumping and blood moving just a bit could help the headache actually.

I didn't actually have an "exercise goal", just a weight loss goal for the month... But now that I think about it, it would motivate me.
I'll start at just 20 miles this month, let's see how it goes :D I just started running again yesterday, and I was SO OUT OF SHAPE! I prefer to aim low and actually do it than feel like I have failed :o |
Hiya, I'm a little late but I've been waiting for a new thread to start on this challenge so I could join.
My goals for November are to finish the C25K program, run a 5K, run 2x a week, run/walk 50 miles, and 1300 minutes of exercise. Progress: W8 of C25K- 2 days down 1 to go 2x week run- Done this week Mileage count- 6.77 Exercise minutes: 144 |
Ack! I didn't get to put a little red heart next to yesterday's date. I could have had I worked out earlier like I was supposed to. Then my mom called in the afternoon saying my dad was dizzy, so I took him to urgent care and, after several hours of tests and waiting, it was determined that his heart was beating a bit slow due to dehydration. Then right when we got home, I headed over to my BIL's 50th birthday party (where I stayed on plan).
By the time I got home, it was late and I was exhausted. That'll teach me to get my exercise in early in the day. I'll make up for it on Saturday. Hope everyone else's month is starting out better. |

Nov 3: 170 kcal (walking, 37mins) I dunno what went wrong today... My GPS on the phone wasn't working, my heart rate monitor wasn't working... So I had to guess the calories I got totally spooked several times by random people, cats and even bin bags and kept looking over my shoulder while exercising, I couldn't even run because I kept on looking back and stopping to figure out where noises were coming from. Also loads of police cars going around :s One of the most uncomfortable situations ever! |
