I walked yesterday, yay! My new technique is... Getting off the train Before my stop and walking the extra distance home!


Nov 2: 365 Kcal (walking, 50mins)
Nov 3: 170 kcal (walking, 37mins)

Ugh! Caught my husband's cold and am so achy today. I relunctantly cannot do my Callanetics workout, but I'm still going to do my facial exercises. I really hope this is just a 24-hour cold.
